  • Minimum Stay

    We generally have a 3-night minimum for stays, which we find gives you the best possible experience even if leaving very early on the final morning.

    Occasionally you may find 1 or 2-night stays available when there are booking gaps.

    Our Lost Herring property has a 7-night minimum no matter the time of week or year.

  • Booking Confirmation

    In order to confirm your reservation, we require that you answer a few questions, digitally sign our rental agreement and make your first payment.

    You will receive links to complete these items via email upon booking.

  • Cancellation

    Up to 60 days prior to arrival:

    • 100% refund (less $75 fee)

    Up to 30 days prior to arrival:

     • 50% refund (less $75 fee)

    Please consider purchasing travel insurance through a company like Insurestays prior to leaving for your trip.

  • Communication

    Our primary form of communication is via email. Please be sure to provide a good email upon submitting your booking. You will receive a welcome email upon booking that will provide additional information and instructions for your stay.

  • Local Recommendations

    Your welcome email will include a few handy recommendations, and more will be provided in the property guide that is sent to you 4 days prior to arriving. This guide is also available in print at the property.

  • Check In

    3-4 Days prior to your arrival you will receive an email with detailed instructions for a smooth check in to include arrival directions and parking.

    On the morning of your check in, you will receive an email containing your custom access code and easy instructions for operating the door lock.

    WiFi details, Sonos information and important info will all be provided in our house guide that you will receive prior to arrival.
